Welcome to our new 30 acre parcel on Round Top Hill in Chester! We took a gander and followed most of the propery boundaries to see some existing and new trail prospects bordering Chester Blandford State Forest.  This parcel has a long leg that extends into Blandford for a potential connector to the newest Chester Blandford SF parcel.  A great swamp with views of Round Top Hill is a highlight with a ton of mountain laurel and interesting mixed forest.  This will add to our 12 acres of trails known as Park Knox Acres to make a much larger open space recreational area encompassing conserved land of Hilltown Land Trust, DCR and the Hilltown Hikers, a great trio!! We might keep that tree stand for Mary’s enjoyment! ??
