Saturday we made our way up Jiminy Peak on the snowshoe trails taking the John Hancock route with many switchbacks thru stone walls for 1200 feet of elevation in just over a mile. The summit was one of the best views we have experienced in North County seeing three states. We also visited the Zephyr wind turbine and the snow making retention ponds until the end of the cool and breezy summit where we went down 1200 feet on a quad burning rocky Wild Turkey trail. Double and triple diamond trail day! Exhilarating great time #themountainsarecallingandimustgo !
