A big shout out to Gail Kusek! On these snowy dreary cold days we venture out to do research on our Hilltown History and Friday we went to the Becket Historical Commission in search of Granite Industry history. Did you know? Becket’s own Pink Granite quarry stone is on the front steps of town hall. Becket has an enormous collection of it’s settlers history, industry, flood and railroad too, keeping the Hilltown History alive!
