The North Pond Loop starting from Savoy Mountain State Forest campground next to the nature center, 3.5 loop partially on the Mohawk Mahican Trail absolutely beautiful wilderness hiking thru the old CCC camp and to North Pond where the original bath house still stands, easy going hiking with lots of ferns and absolutely no invasive species!!
