Old Road hiking in Blandford on 2nd Division Road and New Road following the Nye Brook originating at Cochran Pond. The old bridge at the end of Nye Brook Road still stands however the roads are long discontinued in fact 2nd division is exactly that, the second division of the Town of Blandford where the settlers ventured out towards Chester. This old road connects with Huntington Road, where the Huckleberry Trolley Line went thru and ended right at the present day Post Office. Lidar mapping shows the Blandford Ski Resort on Nye Brook Road.
