In the span of 60 minutes the flood washed away flour mill villages, killed 139 men, women and children, and changed the course of our town’s history forever.Along this trail you can discover the ruins of the historic reservoir dam and, with imagination, experience the first moments of the Mill River Disaster of May 16, 1874.Best Historic trail in the Hilltowns!
