The Ashuwillticook rail trail, my go to for biking and rail trail hiking!  This paved trail is perfect for biking, roller blades running, walking and during the winter, cross-country skiing. It’s a wide paved trail 11.2-miles long through the towns of Adams, Cheshire and Lanesborough and is considered one of the most scenic in Massachusetts. Amazing views of the Mount Greylock State Reservation range, the Cheshire Lakes and the Hoosic River. You can find free parking and restrooms along the way at the Adams Visitor’s Center, Farnam’s Road and Lanesborough parking areas.
