We did many hikes at Mount Greylock State Reservation this summer to learn the mountain majesty with adventure on every trail! Stony Ledge, Haley Farm, Mount Prospect, Rounds Rock, Mount Williams, Cheshire Harbor, Money Brook Falls, the Hopper and more..even backpacking in to the Deer Hill Shelter. Climbing the War Memorial Tower was a humbling experience, personally my fear of heights always stopped me from making it up those steps. This year after spending the night on the mountain, I tackled that fear, paid my respects and took in the awe at the top, seeing all the mountains and trails I have hiked from high above. A beautiful State Reservation in so many ways!
