We sponsored two Upper Housatonic Valley National Heritage Area group hikes this past weekend, the first at Flag Rock in Great Barrington with Christy Butler author of Berkshire Destinations and an adventurer we admire! We explored the fantastic boulders along this trail including “the mall, hole in the wall, perched rock” and an authentic balanced rock off trail! The vista on flag rock looks over the village of Housatonic and its iconic Hilltown village and the Housatonic River!
