Land monitoring with TerraCorps Hilltown Land Trust member Calla Jones at Round Top Hill in Chester.  Round Top Hill is the highest peak in Hampden County at 1780 feet and is the fifth highest peak in Massachusetts. This property was permanently protected in 2015 through a conservation restriction held by Hilltown Land Trust. The Hilltown Hikers help steward this property and have 52 acres of preservation land here, provide year round parking as well as our new Educational Center opening soon!
