A tough and steep bushwack by Greg and Valerie to the New York, Massachusetts,  Vermont Tri State Boundary!  “Surveyors faced difficulties in establishing a straight line due to the rugged terrain of the Taconic range, which required them to navigate through heavily wooded areas. The boundary was surveyed multiple times with the first significant attempt occurring in 1719. However, it was it until 1897 that a comprehensive survey was conducted.”
