The 3rd F.M. Box Factory in Blandford on the old discontinued Rock House Road, corner of Swamp Road. There were three of these factories in town, a large operation building boxes from the wealth of hardwoods located in the areas of all three factories. Today this area bordering Tolland is back to it’s wild state although the old roads are in good condition. Once a crossroad to both Granville and Tolland, it contains old schoolhouses and homesteads, also known as the Bliss Conservation Area OPEN to passive recreation by Springfield Water and Sewer Commission believe it or not!
