The 25th Annual Russell Parade of Lights Saturday  brought a record amount of folks out to brave the cold and celebrate as a community with our first responders how beautiful the holiday season is! We thank Missy Castro and the Russell Parks and Rec Committee, all volunteers including everyone who helped with our Red, White and Blue float with snow and bubbles, Stephanie Brown, Heather Wyman Yvette Bigelow, Melissa McAuliffe Mel’s Kitchen …this year was extra special ! 1st Place civilian float, congratulations to all and thank you, hope you all enjoyed our snow machine!
