FIELD TRIP to Stockbridge to visit the Berkshire Botanical Garden, an amazing 24 acre property with dozens of gardens!  You can see plants native to our region, but also flowers, shrubs and trees from all over the world. Spend the entire day exploring greenhouses, herb gardens, pond gardens, the marble ampitheatre, the arboretum, day lily walk and yes chickens and goats too! The restored 18th century Center House features art exhibits with a botanical twist, a living wall, a reference library, and an expansive teaching kitchen and classroom.
