Felton Pond and the Felton Trail at the top of Schermerhorn Gorge with a beautiful stone arch bridge built by the CCC during the Great Depression. We continued our hike Saturday to view the pond and the old road next to it, a short loop where the Boy Scout Camp was located with remains of cabins and other buildings still visible. We continued on the Felton Trail up around the pond to a high point with views over Lee. Total hike distance 5.5 miles looping the Gorge Trail and the Felton Trail.
