Mohawk Trail State Forest camping weekend, with one night of rain however, that did not stop the fun of toasting marshmallows, sharing great hiking stories and coffee in the cool crisp morning. Camping is just one of the activities we offer our members, and probably the best of our social events! DCR Ranger Christian Drake held two guided hikes, as well as a third by us to Todd Mountain on Saturday. We also hiked the tall trees on the Mahican-Mowhawk Trail Friday including a cave, and hiked Catamount State Forest on Sunday!
