Goose Pond paddle, boat launch on Ridge Road in Tyringham with parking. Access starts here on Lower Goose which is partially in Tyringham and also Lee. Launching here is the only access to Upper Goose except by hiking in on the Appalachian Trail. Lower Goose is populated with houses and has beautiful mountain views and a stiff wind. The Goose Pond dam is a man made earthen structure creating this lake from Higley Brook. If you are up for a few miles paddling, follow the shore to the causeway which gets you to Upper Goose Pond.
