Bartholomew’s Cobble in Sheffield,  Hurlburt’s Hill is just a few yards away walking up the road from the visitors center parking area look out for the tractor path trail.  A steep and pleasurable hie through old fields climbs to the Connecticut Massachusetts border to one of the most epic long lookouts in Western Mass! Views of Mount Everett and Race to your left and the entire Housatonic Valley including the Yokun Ridge, Beartown State Forest, the Taconic Ridge….on my top 5 lookouts in Western Mass!
