Old John Knox Road in Blandford, one of the many discontinued roads in what was called the second division, the northeast corner of Blandford. This old road starts at Huntington Road in Blandford and continues through the Chester Blandford State Forest to where at the Chester Line it is named Mica Mine Road, both the Blandford Goldmine and the Chester Mica Mine operations can be found here about 4 miles in. John and James Knox settled here and later it was home to the Russell Lumber Company. In this large area of hilltown history also is the Huckleberry Trolley Line and all of its inhabitants that were removed during the imminent domain stage and then later the same area became the Russell Watershed. Once a large bustling community, now miles of cellar holes.
