Russell Parade of Lights 2023! We didnt have a float this year so we walked the route lit up in our ugly sweaters and glow party attire! Congratulations to all the winners of the parade “best of” and thank you to all of our members who made it out to have a great time lighting up Main Street and shutting down Route 20!
