The Pinnacle Trail in Chesterfield up to Mount Pisgah is only 3.8 miles in and back from the Indian Hollow Campground gate but it is steep with over 700 feet in elevation and requires crossing the dead brach (twice), don’t let that scare you away because the view from the top is glorious of Cummington, the river valley below, Round Top Hill in Chester and Mount Greylock.
