Wahconah Falls State Park – mills and mines. Under a mile hike, some scrambling up/down slopes, easy to medium difficulty, wooded. Depending on water level fording of stream to visit quarry/mine site. Park at lot off Wahconah Falls Road (42.489634 -73.115357). Discover the Native American and rural industrial connections to this scenic location. Bring lunch or snack and water.
